What products do you manufacture?
We manufacture four main product categories in-house:
- UV-printed acrylic signs and panels — custom signs, logo displays, decorative panels
- Laser-cut acrylic shapes — custom letters, logos, keychains, and any custom shape
- UV crystal labels — 3D dome epoxy labels for product branding and packaging
- DTF (Direct to Film) transfers — full-color heat transfer prints for apparel and fabric
Are you a factory or a reseller?
We are a factory. All products are manufactured in-house at our facility in Hong Kong using our own UV printing, laser cutting, and UV crystal label equipment. We do not outsource production.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to customers across Asia, North America, Europe, Australia, and beyond. Shipping times vary by destination — typically 3–7 days within Asia and 7–14 days to North America and Europe.
Ordering & Pricing
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies by product:
- UV-printed acrylic signs: As low as 1 piece
- Laser-cut acrylic shapes: As low as 1 piece (setup fee may apply for very small quantities)
- UV crystal labels: Minimum 20–50 pieces depending on size
- DTF transfers: As low as 1 piece (A4 sheet minimum)
How do I get a price quote?
Contact us with your product type, size, quantity, and artwork (or a description of your design). We will respond with a detailed quote within 24 hours. There is no charge for quotes.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Pricing decreases significantly with larger quantities. We offer tiered pricing — the more you order, the lower the per-unit cost. Contact us for a volume pricing breakdown.
Can I order a sample before placing a large order?
Yes, we recommend ordering a sample for large orders. Sample fees apply but are often credited toward your bulk order. Please mention you'd like a sample when requesting your quote.
Artwork & Design
What file formats do you accept?
We accept the following file formats:
- UV printing on acrylic: AI, PDF, PNG (300 DPI minimum), PSD
- Laser cutting: AI, DXF, SVG, PDF (with separate cut line layer)
- UV crystal labels: AI, PDF, PNG with transparent background
- DTF printing: PNG with transparent background (300 DPI minimum)
Do I need to provide a design file?
Yes, we require a design file to produce your order. We can make minor adjustments to your file (resizing, color correction), but we do not provide full graphic design services. We recommend working with a graphic designer if you need a design created from scratch.
Will I see a proof before production starts?
Yes. We send a digital proof for every order before production begins. Production only starts after you approve the proof. Please review it carefully, as changes after production has started may incur additional costs.
What color mode should my file be in?
For UV printing, please use CMYK color mode for the most accurate color reproduction. RGB files can be accepted but colors may shift slightly when converted to CMYK. For DTF printing, RGB is acceptable.

How long does production take?
Standard production lead times are:
- UV-printed acrylic signs: 5–7 business days
- Laser-cut acrylic shapes: 5–7 business days
- UV crystal labels: 5–7 business days
- DTF transfers: 3–5 business days
Rush production is available for an additional fee. Please mention your deadline when requesting a quote.
When does production start?
Production begins after you approve the digital proof and confirm your order. Payment is typically required before production starts.
Materials & Quality
What acrylic materials do you offer?
We offer a wide range of acrylic sheet options:
- Clear acrylic (cast and extruded)
- White acrylic
- Colored acrylic (dozens of standard colors)
- Mirrored acrylic (silver and gold)
- Frosted acrylic
- Fluorescent acrylic
Available thicknesses: 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, 10mm (availability varies by color).
Are your UV crystal labels waterproof?
Yes. UV crystal labels are waterproof, scratch-resistant, and UV-resistant. They are designed for long-term use on products and packaging.
How durable are DTF transfers after washing?
DTF transfers are wash-durable and designed to withstand repeated washing without cracking, peeling, or significant fading when applied correctly at the right temperature and pressure. We recommend washing garments inside-out in cold water for maximum longevity.
Shipping & Returns
How is my order packaged?
All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Acrylic products are wrapped in protective film and packed with foam or bubble wrap. UV crystal labels are packed flat in rigid mailers.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Do you accept returns on custom products?
Because all products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective or does not match the approved proof. Please review your proof carefully before approving production.
