Step 1: Know What You Want
Before reaching out to a manufacturer, it helps to have a clear idea of what you need. Consider the following:
- Product type — Are you looking for a flat acrylic sign, a shaped acrylic piece, a UV crystal label, or a DTF transfer?
- Size — What dimensions do you need? Even an approximate size is helpful to start.
- Quantity — How many pieces do you need? More pieces generally means a lower per-unit cost.
- Material — Clear, white, colored, mirrored, or frosted acrylic? Each creates a different visual effect.
- Finish — Glossy or matte surface? With or without UV printing?
Step 2: Prepare Your Artwork File
The quality of your final product depends heavily on the quality of your artwork file. Here's what we recommend:
For UV Printing on Acrylic
- File format: AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG (300 DPI minimum)
- Color mode: CMYK (not RGB — colors may shift when printed)
- Include a separate white ink layer if printing on transparent or dark acrylic
- Set up your file at actual print size (1:1 scale)
For Laser Cutting
- File format: AI, DXF, or SVG
- Use a separate layer or color for cut lines (usually a thin red or blue stroke)
- Ensure all paths are closed and clean — open paths can cause cutting errors
- Specify the material thickness you want
For UV Crystal Labels
- File format: AI or high-resolution PNG with transparent background
- Minimum recommended size: 2cm x 2cm for best detail
- Avoid very fine lines or tiny text — the dome coating can slightly blur very small details
For DTF Printing
- File format: PNG with transparent background (300 DPI minimum)
- Color mode: RGB is acceptable for DTF
- Provide the exact print size you need
Step 3: Request a Quote
Once you have your artwork and specifications ready, contact us with the following information:

- Size and material requirements
- Your artwork file (or a rough sketch if the design isn't finalized)
- Your required delivery date (if time-sensitive)

Step 4: Review and Approve the Proof
After you confirm your order, we create a digital proof — a visual mockup showing exactly how your product will look when printed or cut. This is your opportunity to:
- Check colors, dimensions, and layout
- Request any adjustments before production begins
- Confirm that all text and logos are correct
Important: Production only begins after you approve the proof. Please review it carefully, as changes after production has started may incur additional costs.
Step 5: Production
Once the proof is approved, we begin production in our factory. Typical lead times are:
- UV Printed Acrylic: 5–7 business days
- Laser Cut Acrylic: 5–7 business days
- UV Crystal Labels: 5–7 business days
- DTF Printing: 3–5 business days
Rush production may be available for an additional fee — please ask when requesting your quote.
Step 6: Quality Check & Shipping
Before your order ships, every item goes through a quality inspection to ensure colors, dimensions, and finish meet our standards. We then carefully package your products to prevent damage during transit.
