What products does Artetribe manufacture?
Artetribe is a factory-direct manufacturer specializing in four core product categories:
- UV Printed Acrylic — full-color, high-resolution UV printing on acrylic sheets of any size
- UV Crystal Labels (3D Dome Epoxy Stickers) — premium raised labels with a glass-like dome finish
- DTF Printing (Direct to Film) — heat transfer prints for apparel, bags, and accessories
- Laser Cut Acrylic Shapes — precision cutting to any custom shape or size
Is Artetribe a factory or a reseller?
We are a factory. All products are manufactured in-house using our own equipment. There are no middlemen, which means you get better prices, faster communication, and direct quality control.
Do you work with small businesses and startups?
Absolutely. We specialize in low MOQ (minimum order quantity) production, making our services accessible to startups, independent brands, and businesses of all sizes. You don't need to order thousands of units to get started.
Ordering & Pricing
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies by product type, but we generally accept small orders. Many of our products can be ordered in quantities as low as 10–50 pieces. Contact us with your requirements and we'll confirm the MOQ and pricing for your specific project.
How do I get a price quote?
Simply fill out our quote request form with your product type, size, quantity, and any design details. We'll respond with a detailed quote within 24 hours on business days. Quotes are always free with no obligation.
Do prices decrease for larger orders?
Yes. Like most manufacturing, unit prices decrease as order quantities increase. We offer tiered pricing — the more you order, the lower the cost per piece. Ask us for a bulk pricing breakdown when you request your quote.
Are there any setup fees?
For most standard orders, there are no setup fees. For highly complex custom shapes or special production requirements, a one-time setup fee may apply. We will always inform you of any additional fees before you confirm your order.
Design & Artwork
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept the following file formats:
- AI (Adobe Illustrator) — preferred for vector artwork
- PDF — vector or high-resolution
- SVG — for vector-based designs
- PNG — minimum 300 DPI for print quality
- PSD — Photoshop files at 300 DPI or higher
If you're unsure about your file, send it to us and our team will review it for free.
Can you help me with my design?
We can make minor adjustments to your artwork (color corrections, resizing, format conversion). For full design creation, we recommend working with a graphic designer. If you need a referral, feel free to ask.
Do you offer samples before a full production run?
Yes. We recommend ordering a small sample batch before committing to a large order, especially for new designs. This allows you to verify color accuracy, size, and finish before full production.
Production & Turnaround
How long does production take?
Standard production times after artwork approval:
- UV Printed Acrylic: 5–7 business days
- UV Crystal Labels: 5–7 business days
- DTF Printing: 3–5 business days
- Laser Cut Acrylic: 5–7 business days

When does production start?
Production begins after we receive your confirmed artwork and payment. We will send you an artwork approval confirmation before starting production.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes can be made before production starts. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs. Please review your artwork carefully before approving.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide to most countries including the US, UK, EU, Australia, Canada, Japan, Singapore, and many more. Contact us if you're unsure whether we ship to your location.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Standard shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express shipping: 3–7 business days
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Quality & After-Sales
What if my order arrives damaged or with quality issues?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will reprint or refund your order — no hassle.
What quality standards do you follow?
All products go through quality inspection before shipping. We check for color accuracy, print clarity, cutting precision, and finish quality. Our goal is for every order to meet or exceed your expectations.
