REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@artetribe.co. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), personal care items (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging — along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@artetribe.co.

返品の対象となるためには、商品が受け取った状態と同じでなければなりません。未使用・未着用で、タグが付いていて、元の包装に入っている必要があります。領収書または購入証明書も必要です。

返品を開始するには、info@artetribe.co までご連絡ください。返品が承認されると、返品用の送料ラベルと手順をお送りします。事前承認なしに返送された商品は受け付けできません。

損傷や問題点
商品を受け取った際はすぐにご確認ください。欠陥・損傷・誤った商品が届いた場合は、速やかにご連絡ください。

返品不可の商品
消耗品（食品・花・植物）、カスタム商品（特別注文・個人用商品）、個人用品（美容商品）、危険物・可燃性液体・ガスは返品できません。セール商品やギフトカードも返品不可です。

交換
最も迅速な方法は、現在の商品を返品し、承認後に新しい商品を別途ご購入いただくことです。

EU 14日間クーリングオフ
EUへの発送の場合、14日以内であれば理由を問わずキャンセル・返品が可能です。商品は未使用・未着用・タグ付き・元の包装の状態で、購入証明書が必要です。

払い戻し
返品を受け取り検査後、承認の可否をお知らせします。承認された場合、15営業日以内に元の支払方法へ返金されます。15営業日以上経過しても返金がない場合は、service@artetribe.com までご連絡ください。
